A Nightmare Stay – Avoid at All Costs!
Walking into this hotel felt like entering a horror movie. Peeling ceilings, a broken AC unit hanging off the wall, and an unbearable stench of urine were just the beginning. I witnessed drug deals in the parking lot, which made me feel extremely unsafe. I left within minutes, demanding a refund that was reluctantly offered after much confrontation. My advice for future guests, definitely look elsewhere!

The hotel provided a comfortable stay with clean facilities that met my business needs. The staff was efficient at check-in, ensuring I quickly received my room keys. The location was convenient for my meetings, and I appreciated the spacious layout of the room, which included a work desk and good lighting for business activities.
Some areas of the hotel seemed outdated and could use renovations.

Fun but needs a facelift
Had a night here for a waterpark getaway. The bed was surprisingly comfy, way better than expected! The indoor waterpark was cute, but definitely on the small side. I did run into a mildew smell from the fridge, which was a bummer. Staff were super friendly, and it was close to some fast-food spots too.

My kids wished for a cleaner room and a more welcoming staff.

missingWrote a review on Jun 21nice lobbyclean sheetsworking air conditioninggap under doordirty room
Room was pretty outdated and not well maintained. There was a gap under the door, which let in heat and bugs. The place felt dirty, and we found blood stains on the bedspread. The air conditioning was iffy, and the phone to call the front desk didn’t even work. The lobby looked nice, but the room was definitely a letdown.

The king room was spacious and very clean with air conditioning that cooled perfectly. I loved having a microwave and a refrigerator for snacks. The private bathroom was stocked with free toiletries and a hairdryer. A comfy desk for work and nice TV channels. The staff was quick and friendly during check-in!

Family with children avoid this dump
The front desk guy was somewhat friendly helped get us into our room late at night and offered a late checkout for 12 so my daughter could enjoy the water park a bit longer.
It sure wasn’t cheap but I expected better for the money I paid.

The location is decent, and I appreciated the bed's comfort despite the overwhelming mildew smell. It’s unfortunate that the bathroom barely functioned and the staff response was lacking. While I managed to get some sleep, the overall experience felt far from ideal.
